Where are you based?
I’m based in Naperville, Illinois, and travel to Chicago and the surrounding suburbs for shoots and events. Share your preferred location when you inquire so we can plan the details.
Is studio rental included?
Studio rental is not included in session prices. If you would like a studio session, the rental cost is separate.
How do I book?
Email reset.tetiana@gmail.com or message @reset_visuals with your preferred date, session type, and ideas. A $100 non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your booking.
Can I reschedule?
Yes, you can reschedule. Please contact me to arrange a new date. The $100 retainer is non-refundable.
When will I receive my photos or video?
Personal-shoot photos are delivered in 3–7 business days, event photos in 7–10 days, and videography packages within 14 days. Wedding photo and social media content delivery timelines are agreed before booking.
Can I book photography and video together?
Yes. Photo + Video packages are available for events and intimate weddings, combining photography with a short highlight film. Explore the Events or Weddings page for coverage options and prices.
How should I prepare for my session?
Share your ideas, inspiration, and any moments you would love to capture. We can discuss your location, outfits, and questions before your session.
